To apply for a personalised e-ticket, you have to fill in and sign the form developed by Rīgas satiksme see.
The form is to be submitted to one of customer service centres:
- Brīvības Street 191;
- Prāgas Street 1;
- Kurzemes Avenue 137;
- Brīvības gatve 384b;
- Vienības gatve 76b.
Working hours: 9.00-19.00 on workdays, 10.00-16.00 on Saturdays, closed on Sundays.
Your e-ticket will be ready on spot in 5-10 minutes, if you have no photo, you can also make it free of charge in a customer service centre. You can fill in e-ticket form there as well.
Riga residents enjoying discounts granted by Riga city council – disabled persons of the 1st and 2nd groups, disabled children and children who are orphans should not apply for e-ticket, because they keep on using public transport like before, producing the document certifying their status.
To make the process of submitting applications easier, Rīgas satiksme offers educational and social care institutions located within the administrative borders of Riga to submit collective applications.
