What to do if I have lost my e-ticket? What will happen to the tickets which were left in the lost e-ticket?

You shall go to one of our customer service centres where the lost ticket will be blocked and replaced by a new one. Unused tickets will be transferred from the lost –e-ticket to the new one. Restoring the e-ticket will cost you LVL 2.00.
