For passengers convenience, Rīgas satiksme operates five customer service centres and customer service centre for permanent customers
In customer service centres, you can:
1. apply for and get your e-ticket;
2. get a non-personalised ticket after paying a deposit of LVL 2.00;
3. submit your non-personalised e-ticket and get back your deposit;
4. block and restore your lost e-ticket, after paying LVL 2.00;
5. buy smart-tickets with necessary products;
6. reload personalised, non-personalised e-tickets with necessary product;
7. get information, print-out about contents of your e-ticket;
8. receive a document certifying a deal, a cheque, when buying a product;
9. get necessary information about e-ticket;
10. get assistance in case of technical problems, i.e. damaged e-ticket;
11. change the status of e-ticket user.
Location and working hours of customer service centre:
Working hours: 9.00-19.00 on workdays, 10.00-16.00 on Saturdays, closed on Sundays.
